General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Wholesale Brigitte Tanaka e-commerce website, operated by Miss Bibi SARL, whose registered office is located at 74 boulevard d’Italie, 98000 Monaco.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products
The products offered are custom-made upon client request.

Visuals, descriptions, and characteristics are provided for indicative purposes only and may be subject to adjustments due to artisanal or personalized production.

3. Orders
Any order is validated after:

• acceptance of the quote or order summary
• payment of a mandatory deposit

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute with the client.

4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

The total price of the order is communicated before validation.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is made in two stages:

• Deposit upon order: a percentage of the total amount (50%)
• Balance upon delivery: the client must pay 100% of the remaining amount before or at the time of delivery

Production begins only after receipt of the deposit.

6. Production and Lead Times
As products are custom-made:

• production times are given for indicative purposes only
• they may vary depending on the complexity of the order

A reasonable delay cannot give rise to cancellation or refund.

7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the client.

The client agrees to:

• be available at the time of delivery
• pay the remaining balance due

In the event of non-payment of the balance:

• delivery may be suspended
• additional fees may be applied

8. Refund Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of the products:

• the deposit paid is non-refundable
• any order in production or already produced cannot be canceled or refunded

This applies in all cases, except in the event of a proven product defect.

9. Claims
Any claim must be made within 30 days after receipt.

In the event of a proven defect:

• a solution will be offered (repair, replacement, etc.)
• no refund will be issued without prior approval

10. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for:

• damage resulting from improper use of the product
• delays attributable to carriers or force majeure events

11. Personal Data
Collected data is used solely within the scope of the commercial relationship.

In accordance with GDPR, the client has the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

12. Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by Monegasque law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
